Needs-based Scholarship Form

Thanks to the generosity of anonymous donors, we are elated to gift qualifying applicants participation in the 2024 JOB Workshop. Scholarships will cover the cost of registration and a select amount of workshops and/or seminars. Distribution of scholarships will depend on the number of applicants and those most in need.

Please complete the form below if you need financial assistance and would like to be considered for a needs-based scholarship. Scholarship forms are due May 15, 2024.

Note that scholarship funds are limited, so please only apply if you truly need the financial assistance.

For participants who have already registered but are in need of financial assistance, you may still apply for the scholarship. If awarded, you will be refunded the designated scholarship amount.

I am submitting this form of my own free will with the understanding that I may or may not be awarded scholarship funds.

If I am awarded a scholarship, I must be able to attend the 2024 JOB Performance Workshop and that all funds will be used for Workshop activities.

If awarded a scholarship, it is non-transferable to another person or a future workshop. If I cannot attend the 2024 JOB Performance Workshop, I will notify the Workshop Team immediately and my scholarship will be given to another participant in need.
