The Redeemer helps families focus on the Savior this Easter Season

Meet the Artists

Kurt Bestor

Conductor & Composer

For over four decades, composer/performer Kurt Bestor has made an indelible mark on the world of music earning him two Emmy-awards, a Grammy nomination, and huge following of fans the world over. His iconic A Cappella song “Prayer of the Children” continues to be one of the most popular choir songs and has been sung by the Harlem Boys Choir, The Tabernacle Choir on Temple Square, The King Singers, and Three Dog Night. Bestor is most noted for his orchestral arrangements which he has done for numerous recording sessions and live concerts, including songs for Andrea Bocelli, Dolly Parton, Donny and Marie Osmond, Steven Tyler, The 2 Cellos, & Jenny Oaks Baker. Bestor has shown his versatility by composing a number of large classical works including a full-length ballet, an oratorio, several symphonic tone poems and other symphonic works performed by the Utah Symphony, The Cape Cod Philharmonic Orchestra, the Estonian National Symphony, and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir. In the western United States, Bestor is per-haps best known for his 35 years of performing “A Kurt BestorChristmas.”


Jenny Oaks Baker

Violin Soloist

America’s Violinist, Jenny Oaks Baker, is a Grammy nominated, Billboard No. 1 performer and recording artist. She received her Master of Music degree from The Juilliard School and her Bachelor’s degree from The Curtis Institute of Music. Jenny has performed as a soloist at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, The Library of Congress, and as a guest soloist with The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square, and the Jerusalem, Pittsburgh, Utah, and National Symphonies. Jenny has released nineteen albums, including her latest, The Redeemer, which have sold over a million copies and consistently chart on Billboard. Music from her Grammy-nominated album, Wish Upon a Star, is featured at Disney World and Disneyland to introduce the nightly fireworks show. In her efforts to share the light of Christ with more of God’s children, Jenny is now producing and touring Christ-centered shows across the US. Jenny, her husband, Matthew, and their four children (musical group Family Four) are from Salt Lake City, UT.


Dallyn Vail Bayles

Narrator & Tenor Soloist

Dallyn Vail Bayles is thrilled to join Jenny in presenting this beautiful tribute to the Savior! His credits include the Broadway tours of The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables, leading roles in numerous regional theater productions across the country, and award-winning films. As a soloist, Dallyn has performed in notable venues with several distinguished musical artists, choirs, orchestras, and composers. He has also recorded several albums and music videos. In addition to performing, Dallyn works as a director, acting and voice coach, and as director of the Utah Valley Institute Singers. He received degrees in musical theatre from The Boston Conservatory and Brigham Young University.


Lisa Hopkins Seegmiller

Soprano Soloist

Lisa Hopkins Seegmiller is a Tony Award Winning, Grammy Award Nominated singer, actress, vocal technician and mother of four, trained at Yale University & Manhattan School of Music. Her historic debut as Mimi in Baz Luhrmann’s La Bohème on Broadway launched Lisa’s unique career, which spans iconic repertoire in opera, musical theatre, pop, & classical crossover genres—including The Narrator in Joseph, Grizabella in Cats, & Christine in Phantom. Lisa Zimmerman

Soprano Soloist

Lisa has had the privilege of performing throughout Utah and the world. She has performed in multiple operatic roles such as “Bianca” in Dialoghi della Carmelitane, “Violetta” in La Traviata, and “Adina”in L’elisir d’Amore, and in various venues around the world including Carnegie Hall, the Berlin Philharmonie, and Novafeltria, Italy. During her time in Utah, Lisa has enjoyed performances with the Utah Lyric Opera,Tuachan, Savior of the World, as well as in local productions of Briga-doon, A Gentelman’s Guide to Love and Murder, and Phantom, among many others. She is thrilled to be a part of The Redeemer Tour!


Lillian Breeze Manning

Child Soprano Soloist

Lillian is a 13-year-old soprano drawn to the genres of classical crossover and pop opera. Her popular music videos have garnered over five million views, and her YouTube channel has over 90,000 subscribers worldwide who have been drawn to and touched by her pure and sweet voice. Lillian is also in high demand as a performer, having collaborated with superstars such as David Foster, Katharine McPhee, and Marie Osmond as well as Daniel Emmet, Jenny Oaks Baker, Kurt Bestor, Lisa Hopkins Seegmiller and Alex Sharpe.


Preston Yates

Bass Soloist

Preston Yates graduated from BYU with his bachelor’s degree in music, dance, theatre. National Premieres: The Count of Monte Cristo (the Count)— with composer Frank Wildhorn, and Zorro: The Musical (Ramon). Other favorite credits include The Phantom of the Opera (Phantom) and Les Misérables (Javert). Preston was also featured in a Broadway Records album for a new musical—Song of Solomon—along-side Ramin Karimloo. Preston is the co-owner of Yates Vocal Studio and teaches professional voice and performance/style coaching in Utah and internationally via Skype.


Nicole Pinnell

Cello Soloist

Nicole Pinnell’s sincere and emotional playing has touched millions around the globe as the solo cellist for the Book of Mormon videos and other sacred projects. She is featured on four Grammy-nominated soundtracks and numerous Billboard-charting albums. Known for her astonishing sightreading and musical passion, Nicole is skilled innumerous musical genres. Nicole teaches her expressive, virtuosic, and diverse skill set through courses online. She is a mother, grandmother, and joyful disciple of Jesus Christ. An ardent advocate of creativity, Nicole writes music for her YouTube channel, Nicole Pinnell @allthings-cello. Please subscribe to help Nicole bring you more music.


Sarah Noelle Baker

Cello Soloist

Sarah Noelle Baker, age 19, began playing cello at age three. Sarah attends The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and studies with Dr. Alison Wells. She has been featured on NPR’s From the Top National Broadcast and has soloed with the Utah Symphony, the Utah Philharmonic Orchestra, and with the Timpanogos, American Fork, and Warminster Symphony Orchestras. With her mother and siblings, Sarah has performed in musical group Jenny Oaks Baker & Family Four. A favorite with audiences, they have performed with The Tabernacle Choir and the Utah Symphony and throughout the US, Europe, and Asia.


Hannah Jean Baker

Collaborative Pianist

Hannah Baker, age 21, began playing the piano when she was four years old and currently studies with Rustem Hayroudinoff at the Royal Academy of Music in London. As a soloist, Hannah has won the Utah Symphony Youth Guild and Encore Keyboard Competitions and has been awarded Best Liszt & Best Ravel Performances by the Great Performers Competition. Hannah has also soloed with various professional symphonies. A highly sought after collaborative pianist, in 2023 Hannah was appointed to be the Young Artist Pianist at both SongFest in Nashville and the Manetti Shrem Opera Conservatory at Festival Napa Valley. With her mother and siblings, Hannah has performed around the world in musical group “Jenny Oaks Baker & Family Four.” Hannah enjoys hiking, reading and teaching her 9 piano students.
