Jenny Oaks Baker & Family Four

America’s Violinist, Jenny Oaks Baker is a Grammy Nominated, Billboard No. 1 performer and recording artist. Jenny has performed as a soloist at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Library of Congress and as a guest soloist with The National Symphony, Jerusalem Symphony, Pittsburgh Symphony, Utah Symphony and the Tabernacle Choir on Temple Square. Jenny has released 18 studio albums which have sold nearly a million copies and consistently chart on Billboard. In her efforts to share the light of Christ with more of God’s children, Jenny is now producing and touring inspirational shows across the world. Jenny, her husband Matthew, and their four children (Family Four) are from Salt Lake City, Utah. Jenny Oaks Baker & Family Four have performed with orchestras throughout the United States including the Utah Symphony, the Millennial Choirs and Orchestras and the Tabernacle Choir & Orchestra at Temple Square. They have performed throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. Family Four are also featured on many popular music videos and productions. Laura is 22, plays the violin and percussion, recently graduated from Brigham Young University and is married to Caden Dickson.

Hannah is 21 and studies piano at The Royal Academy of Music in London.

Sarah is 19 and studies the cello at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Matthew is 17 and plays the classical and electric guitar.

Jenny and her children have been performing together as a family since each child started playing their instruments when they were three or four years old. Their father, Matt Baker is a business executive and is incredibly supportive of his wife and children.

He has also spoken to more than 250K students in assemblies and writing workshops. Jason has been seen on CNN, Fox-News, C-SPAN, and on dozens of local television stations around the country. He’s currently serving as Writer-in-Residence at Southern Virginia University. Jason was raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, but has also lived in Germany, Illinois, Brazil, Oregon and Utah. He is married to Kodi Erekson Wright. They have two daughters and two sons they love, and three grandchildren they love even more. Today they call the Shenandoah Valley home.

Lisa Hopkins Seegmiller

Lisa Hopkins Seegmiller is America's only Tony Award-winning, Grammy Award-nominated, Ivy League-educated singer and actress. She earned a B.A. in Theatre Studies from Yale University and an M.M. in Classical Voice from the Manhattan School of Music. An early protégé of Marlena Malas and Patricia McCaffrey of The Juilliard School and Curtis Institute, Lisa made her Broadway debut at the age of 24.

Lisa won a Tony Honor for Excellence in the Theatre as Hollywood film director Baz Luhrmann's leading lady in his historic production of Puccini's La Bohème on Broadway.  Lisa later received a Grammy Award Nomination for Best Opera Recording for her performance in the new comedic opera, Volpone, by John Musto & Mark Campbell. Lauded by top critics nationwide for her diverse performances throughout the U.S. and Europe, Lisa has been deemed "the kind of camera-ready young singer today's marketing directors dream of." Furthermore, Opera News, proclaims: "Fortunately, unlike all too many so-termed 'total package' artists these days, she can also sing."

Lisa's vocal, acting, and modeling capabilities expand beyond those of most classically-trained opera singers from top conservatories.  Since her early career achievements on Broadway and in opera, Lisa has not only crossed over into the realms of belt/mix and legit musical theatre successfully but also into the worlds of pop and rock.  She has garnered praise for such style-diverse and iconic roles as the Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Grizabella in CATS.  Critics described her performance as Grizabella "show-stopping as this washed-up glamour cat," and reported that Lisa delivered a "transfixing rendition of 'Memory.'" 

Lisa currently demonstrates her ability to navigate these varied genres in her one-woman multi-media show entitled "Billboard & Operatic Hits of the Decades," which showcases Lisa's renditions of Year-End No. 1 Billboard Hits from across the decades, interspersed with hit opera arias.  This unique show spans genres of post-war big-band pop, Italian/American music, Golden Age musical theatre, disco, rock, adult contemporary, upbeat dance-pop, and straight-up pop with country and new wave influences and has left audiences breathless across the nation.

Additionally, Lisa has appeared on ABC with Katie Couric and on NBC at Radio City Music Hall and has appeared in top fashion magazines, including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle, and British Elle magazines.  She has been the subject of photographs and sketches by some of the world's most famous photographers and artists, including Douglas Kirkland, photographer of Marilyn Monroe, photographers Herb Ritts of Vogue and Annie Leibovitz of Vanity Fair, and the legendary sketch artist Al Hirschfeld.

Preston Yates

Preston Yates teaches professional singing lessons and performance coaching in Utah and internationally via Skype. Preston graduated from BYU with his Bachelors Degree in Musical, Dance, Theatre and soon moved to New York City. He has an array of professional performing experience with roles including the Count in the US Premier of The Count of Monte Cristo, Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera, Javert in Les Miserables, and the Beast in Beauty and the Beast. He was also featured in a Broadway Records Album alongside Ramin Karimloo. Because of his vast performance experience, Preston helps singers achieve not only their singing goals, but also helps them connect with and captivate their audiences. He is thrilled to be pursuing his passion in teaching voice and the best part is he gets to do it alongside his beautiful wife Megan!

Jay Nygaard

Jay is a passionate, driven artist and advocate for the arts from Southern Utah. He is Executive Director of Artistic Resource for Teachers and Students (A.R.T.S.) Inc. He is in his fourteenth season as a member of the Tuacahn Center for the Arts Orchestra, and he is an active performer innumerous other groups and projects. In his free time when he's not composing, doodling, or chasing his dog around the house with a ukulele, he loves to work on the yard, watch movies, play games, and help his wife Tabitha with her art business: Last Chance Brass.
